Most of us think that following a diet is all about changing your diet completely....we couldnt be more wrong...

a good diet plan is about eating your usual daily food but at the right time...
for example follow the food breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dinner like a popper...avoid carbs and heavy foods at night...stop eating two hours before you sleep...

most white foods are fattening like sugar, rice, white bread, milk (full cream)
